The Bellevue Towers project is a mixed-used project composed of two towers, respectively 42 and 43 stories resting on a single, six-story podium.

The project is currently tracking for a LEED Gold rating, with storm water treatment, open space and regional materials.
The buildings provide 545 living units, 880 parking stalls and 20,000 gsf of retail. A large amenity space on the fifth-floor includes a two story entertainment venue, exercise and spa facility connected to an urban garden at the sixth-floor, which contains the storm water management system during rainfall.

Bellevue Towers makes an unforgettable statement on the emerging skyline. The surfaces of the towers are shaped to provide decks that are inset into the tower volumes. On the curved outer facades, the deck patterns weave vertical groupings of six floors. Patterns of glass follow this rhythm as do a series of metal extrusions. These subtle design moves give the tower a texture and elegant presence when seen from any vantage point. The project offers contextual variety in its form, scale, color and texture. The podium is composed of several two story volumes inserted in a curved element which bridges the entry lobbies of the two towers. The towers are revealed at each end of the curve, with the amenity spaces expressed at its central portion. The materials chosen reflect the residential nature of the project. The key design moves connect the towers to the podium with a harmonious relationship while integrating the large structure into its street context.
