A community design/build project for Wellspring Family Services, a non-profit providing a range of services to the homeless population of Seattle and King County.
The design/build team prefabricated a 4’0 X 40’0 shed/playhouse and 150 lineal feet of Living Fence and installed them in two weekends at the new Family Services building in the Rainier Valley while the building was under construction.
