Envision…Lincoln Square Expansion
The proposed Lincoln Square Expansion continues the highest level of development which the developer exhibits in three contiguous developments known as The Bellevue Collection. This proposed project not only complements adjacent projects both in use and architecture, but provides the City with a distinct gateway development on the southwest corner of the Downtown Urban Core.
Two high-rise towers are positioned to preserve and create views from external and internal vantage points. The western edge of the downtown core is completed with an elegant line up of towers, each distinctive in architecture, yet whole in composition.
The energy of the streetscape along Bellevue Way is continued in the design of the podium levels, creating clear pedestrian connections from the sidewalk to the main open spaces within the project. The open space is the centerpiece of the project connecting the three podium levels to the roof terrace and the pedestrian bridge crossing Bellevue Way.
