188 Northern Lights blends a mixed use program with contemporary architecture and purposeful workplace design. The ten-story glass office tower features more than 120,000 square feet of Class A office space floating above 20,000 square feet of prime street-level retail storefronts. Boutique floor plates, floor to ceiling windows and a flexible, column-free space merges functionality and aesthetic appeal to create an ideal workplace environment. The four stories of covered parking are wrapped with an elegant glass enclosure. Building on the owners’ global perspective and vision for Anchorage, Alaska’s midtown financial district 188 Northern Lights offers tenants the highest level of accessibility, convenience and visibility. The building was conceived to maximize the appearance of lightness in its massing, materials, and details, to provide a prototype for future urban development in the district.
